- Sugar - 1 cup
- Sour Cream - 1 can
- Cottage cheese - 19.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Semolina - 1 tablespoon
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Ground dried cherries - ½ cup

Beat two eggs with 0.5 cups of sugar.
Step 2
Add sour cream, baking soda, flour, melted butter, and mix well until you get a liquid batter, similar to thick sour cream.

Now let's prepare the filling. Combine cottage cheese, semolina, 3 eggs, and 0.5 cups of sugar, and mix thoroughly (you can use a blender).

Grease the baking dish with butter and spread the batter, then carefully place the cheese filling in the center.

On top of the cheese filling, add the cherries (you can use any berries) and place it in a cold oven, then set the temperature to 356°F and bake the pie for 35-40 minutes.
