Cheese Pie in Lavash
Ingredients
- Cheese Spread - 8.8 oz
- 1% Kefir - 8 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Armenian Lavash - 2 pieces
- Dill - ½ bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese.
Step 2
Beat the eggs and mix with the kefir. Set aside 1/3 of the mixture.
Step 3
Mix the cheese with 2/3 of the kefir mixture, add chopped dill. Brush the lavash sheets with kefir. Place one sheet in a baking dish so that the edges hang over. Lay the second sheet of lavash on top. Then spread half of the filling (cheese-kefir mixture with herbs).
Step 4
Lift the edges of the second sheet of lavash to cover the filling. Spread the remaining filling on top and cover it. Pour the remaining kefir-egg mixture over the top of the pie.
Step 5
Bake for twenty-five minutes in a preheated oven at 356°F.
