Ingredients
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Feta cheese - 17.6 oz
- Hard Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 5 pieces
- Parsley - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thaw the puff pastry. Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Wash the parsley, dry it, and chop it finely.
Step 3
Drain the feta cheese in a colander to remove excess brine, then crumble it.
Step 4
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Beat the eggs.
Step 6
Combine all the ingredients, season with pepper, add the milk, and mix thoroughly.
Step 7
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Sprinkle the working surface with flour and roll each part into a thin layer.
Step 8
Transfer the first layer to the baking sheet and generously grease it with oil. Spread the filling evenly over the surface and cover it with the second layer. Generously grease the top layer with oil.
Step 9
Cut the pie into wide strips with a sharp knife and bake in the oven for 45 to 55 minutes.
