- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - 8.8 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 6 pieces
- Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Wheat Flour - 12.3 oz
- Cottage cheese - 21.2 oz
- Vanilla salt - 2 teaspoons
- Cream 22% - 7 fl oz
- Starch film - 1.8 oz
- Canned Peaches - 2 cans
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Cream the butter with 100 grams of sugar. Add 3 eggs and mix. Add the baking powder and flour, and knead the dough. Grease the baking dish with butter or line it with parchment paper.
Step 2
Spread the dough in the dish, flatten it, and create edges. Place the apricots on top of the dough.
Step 3
Prepare the filling. If the cottage cheese is coarse, it should be passed through a sieve. Add 3 eggs and starch to the cottage cheese and mix. Whip the cream with the remaining sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the cream to the cottage cheese mixture and mix well. Spread the cottage cheese mixture in the dish and flatten it.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F and bake for 45–50 minutes.
Step 5
Let the pie cool, then cut into portions (this way the filling will 'set' and not be too runny).
