  • Sugar - 1.8 oz
  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 2 spoons
  • Almond - 0.4 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
  • Fresh Berries - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Dump the flour onto the countertop, then add salt, sugar, and diced butter on top. Chop everything together until it resembles fine crumbs. Add the egg and knead the dough.

Step 2

Roll out the dough and place it in the tart pan. Prick the edges all around with a fork and refrigerate for 40 minutes.

Step 3

Mix 2 tablespoons of flour, powdered sugar, and cottage cheese. Crumble the mixture. Press it into a baking dish. Top with berries.

Step 4

Chop the almonds and sprinkle them on top. Bake for 20–30 minutes at 392°F.
