Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
  • Butter - 8.8 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 17.6 oz
  • Cocoa Powder - 4 spoons
  • Sugar - 10.6 oz
  • 20% Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
  • Starch film - 3 spoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Soften the butter, add 150 g of sugar, and cream together.

Step 2

Mix the cocoa with the flour and rub it with the sugar mixture until it reaches a crumbly texture. Line the baking pan with parchment paper and pour in half of the crumb mixture.

Step 3

Prepare the filling: mix the cottage cheese with the remaining sugar, add the eggs and sour cream, and blend until smooth. Then, add the starch. Pour the cottage cheese mixture over the chocolate crumbs.

Step 4

Sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top. Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 356°F for 45 minutes.
