Cheese Pie with Sour Cream
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Margarine - 3.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the margarine (I don't get along with the grater, so I cut it into small cubes with a knife).
Step 2
Mix the flour, margarine pieces, and salt by hand, adding the sour cream.
Step 3
Form the dough into a ball and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
Step 4
For the filling, grate the cheese on a coarse grater (I used a knife again).
Step 5
Chop the onions and sauté them in butter.
Step 6
Combine the grated cheese and sautéed onions, crack in the eggs, and mix well.
Step 7
Add salt and black pepper to the mixture (to taste).
Step 8
Divide the dough into 2 parts: roll one out and place it in a baking dish, forming the edges.
Step 9
Then add the filling and cover with the second rolled-out piece of dough.
Step 10
Pinch the edges of the pie.
Step 11
Bake in the oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.
