- Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
- Herbed Cream Cheese - 2.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Roll out the pastry (on parchment paper).
Step 10
When the pastries are golden brown, take them out of the oven and serve hot.
Step 2
Spread the herbed cream cheese on top.
Step 3
Gradually peel the pastry away from the paper and roll it into a tight log.
Step 4
Wrap it in parchment paper or plastic wrap.
Step 5
Place it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 7
Remove the log from the freezer and take off the paper or wrap.
Step 8
Using a sharp knife, slice into pieces about 1 cm thick.
Step 9
Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (you can use the paper from the pastry) and bake for about 15 minutes.
