Description

- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Water - 0 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thaw the pastry (1 package — 500 grams).
Step 2
Roll out the pastry into two sheets measuring 30x35 cm (I had a baking tray 30x35 cm).
Step 3
Grease the baking tray with vegetable oil.
Step 4
For the filling, beat 2 eggs with sugar (half a cup), add the cottage cheese, beat again, and add the remaining sugar, mixing well.
Step 5
Place one part of the pastry on the baking tray, forming edges.
Step 6
Spread the filling evenly over the pastry.
Step 7
Place the second part of the pastry over the cheese, pinching the edges.
Step 8
Brush the tart with an egg mixed with water in a 1:1 ratio. Place in a preheated oven at 356°F and bake for 40 minutes.
