Cheese Puffs with Puff Pastry
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Suluguni Cheese - 28.2 oz
- Unleavened dough - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take the package of puff pastry out of the freezer, open it, and thaw the pieces.
Step 2
Grate the suluguni cheese, add 1 egg, and mix with a fork.
Step 3
Roll out the thawed pastry (roll only up and down, otherwise it will fall apart).
Step 4
Divide the rolled-out piece into 6 parts with a knife.
Step 5
On one side of the piece, place the filling, close the other side, pressing with your fingers.
Step 6
Break an egg into a separate bowl, beat with a fork. Brush each puff on top.
Step 7
Bake in the oven at 392°F for 15–20 minutes.
