Description
Since the chips may become soggy, I recommend serving the filling just before serving, or placing the filling in a salad bowl next to the chips. Guests can add the filling to the chips as they wish.
Ingredients
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Tomatoes - 10.6 oz
- Herbs - to taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Corn Nacho Chips - 3.5 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the tomatoes (if the tomatoes are very juicy, drain the juice).
Step 2
Finely chop the herbs.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 4
Mix the cheese, tomatoes, and herbs together.
Step 5
Add the garlic pressed through a garlic press.
Step 6
Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Step 7
Spread the resulting mixture on the chips and garnish with olives.
