  • Chicken Egg - 6 pieces
  • Lemon - ½ piece
  • Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and whip the whites until frothy. Add lemon juice, pepper, and salt to the yolks.

Step 2

Grate the cheese and add it to the yolks, mixing gently.

Then combine the yolks and whites, mixing thoroughly.

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

In a skillet, pour in the egg mixture and cook for 3–5 minutes.
