Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 2 pieces
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 0.1 oz
- Dill - 0.2 oz
- Armenian Lavash - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the processed cheese into thin strips, and beat the eggs well. Mince the garlic and finely chop the dill.
Step 2
Cut the lavash into strips (length 8–10 cm, width 10–12 cm). Then take a strip of lavash, place two strips of cheese along its length, add a little garlic, sprinkle with herbs, and carefully roll the strip into a roll.
Step 3
Dip the resulting sticks in the egg and fry them in butter on both sides until they acquire a crispy golden color.
Step 4
Serve with herbs and sour cream.
