- Stilton Cheese - 2.6 oz
- Butter - 0.4 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Chives - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whip the egg whites until frothy, season and set aside. Whip the yolks. Fold the egg whites into the yolks along with half of the cheese and the chives.
Step 2
Pour the egg mixture into a baking dish suitable for the oven. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese, place the dish in an oven preheated to 392°F, and watch until the mixture is baked to a beautiful golden color.
Step 3
The finished omelette can be transferred to a warmed plate and served immediately, or served in the same dish in which it was prepared.
