- Hard Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix it with the butter.
Step 3
Add flour, baking soda, and spices to the mixture.
Step 4
Knead the dough. Wrap the resulting soft and elastic dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
Step 5
Roll out the dough into a sheet and cut it into strips to make twists (spirals).
Step 6
Place the formed shapes on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 15 minutes.
