Description

- Blackberry - 7.1 oz
- Cottage cheese - 11.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.4 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
- Hazelnut - 3.5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 tablespoon

Step 1
For the dough, mix the flour with the butter, then add baking soda and lemon juice. Set aside a quarter of the dough in the freezer, roll out the remaining dough, and transfer it to a baking dish lined with parchment paper, pricking it with a fork.
Step 2
To prepare the cottage cheese cream, beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy, then add the cottage cheese and beat again. Spread the cottage cheese filling over the dough and top with berries.

Chop the hazelnuts into coarse crumbs.
Step 4
Remove the dough from the freezer and mix it with chopped hazelnuts. Sprinkle the resulting mixture over the blackberries. Cover the dish with foil and place it in an oven preheated to 356°F for forty minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional ten minutes.
