Description
For the base, you can bake a simple sponge cake instead of using cookies, but it must be thin; otherwise, the flavor of the soufflé will be spoiled.
Ingredients
- "Jubilee Cookies" - 8.5 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 14.1 oz
- 10% cream - 17 fl oz
- Cream (40%) - 2 spoons
- Vanillin - 2 spoons
- Gelatin - 0.7 oz
- Dr. Oetker Cake Jelly - 1 piece
- Orange juice concentrate - 1 glass
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies into crumbs and mix them with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into a flat, shallow dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula to create a thin layer, and place it in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine two packages of store-bought cottage cheese, sugar, cream, and vanilla sugar, and mix with a mixer or, if you prefer, in a blender.
Step 3
According to the instructions, dissolve the gelatin in a glass and add it to the cheese mixture. Whip again.
Step 4
Remove the cookie base from the pan and pour the cheese mixture on top. Place it in the refrigerator until it thickens slightly.
Step 5
Prepare the jelly using orange juice according to the instructions on the package, and pour it over our cake. You can decorate it with fruits. Then place it in the refrigerator for about 3–4 hours.
