- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- 10% cream - 10 fl oz
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Frozen black currant puree - 17.6 oz
- White Chocolate - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with half a cup of sugar until thick and frothy. Add the flour and baking powder, and gently mix.
Step 2
Pour the batter into a greased round baking pan and place it in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes. Remove the sponge cake from the pan, let it cool, and cut it into 3 layers.

Step 4
Thaw the berries and divide them into three parts.
Step 5
Mix 2/3 of the cream with 2/3 of the berries. Spread half of this mixture on one layer. Cover with the second layer and repeat the process.
Step 6
Use the remaining third of the cream to coat the cake on all sides. Top the cake with the remaining berries. Decorate the cake with grated white chocolate. Refrigerate for one hour.
