- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 4 tablespoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Cookie - 10.6 oz
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- White Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Semolina - 3 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Citrus Zest Mix - ½ piece
- Blackcurrant liqueur - 10 tablespoons
- Chopped almonds - to taste
- Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies, add finely chopped room temperature butter, and mix into a homogeneous mass, adding salt. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, place the cookie mixture (with small edges), and refrigerate.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar, add lemon zest and juice, cottage cheese, sour cream, melted chocolate, and semolina. Mix until smooth. Take out the pie base, spread the mixture in one layer, then add the jam, followed by another layer of the mixture and more jam (this will create beautiful patterns on the surface). Place in a preheated oven at 392°F for 30 minutes. When the pie is ready, sprinkle with almond flakes on top and serve completely cooled.
