Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 28.2 oz
- Cookie - 14.1 oz
- 10% cream - 4 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Vanilla salt - 3.5 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Ghee - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 2 spoons
- Vanillin - 0 oz
- Grapefruits - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 338°F. Line the baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Blend the cottage cheese and cream together until smooth.
Step 3
Mix in the eggs and vanilla sugar, and blend with an immersion blender. Traditionally, you would use 200g of sugar and a pinch of vanilla sugar, but we prefer less sweet cakes, so I replace it with 100g of vanilla sugar for a more aromatic and still adequately sweet result.
Step 4
For the crust: crush the cookies as finely as possible (it's best to use a closed blender, but if you don't have one, you can place the cookies in bags and roll them with a rolling pin), mix with melted butter, and press into the bottom of the mold.
Step 5
Pour the cheese mixture on top (it should have the consistency of very thick sour cream).
Step 6
Place in the oven for 50 minutes.
Step 7
While the pie is in the oven, mix together the sour cream, sugars, and a pinch of vanilla.
Step 8
After 50 minutes, pour the mixture over the pie and return it to the oven for another 7 minutes, increasing the temperature to 392°F.
Step 9
Remove from the oven and refrigerate overnight.
Step 10
In the morning, you can enjoy the most delicious cheesecake, which can be topped with berries (like blueberries, for example) or sliced fruits. However, my favorite is to buy Dr. Oetker dessert and drizzle it on top. It comes in cherry (as shown in the picture) and forest berry flavors. You can also make variations with jelly on top (for example, canned peaches in jelly). It all depends on your desires and imagination.
