Ingredients
- Cream 22% - 4.2 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Cookie - 14.1 oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Cottage cheese - 28.2 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Fresh Berries - 3.5 oz
- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar to the cottage cheese. Blend the mixture with a blender.
Step 2
Make the crust. Crush the cookies in a blender. Then add melted butter. Spread the resulting mixture on the bottom of the mold.
Step 3
Pour the cottage cheese mixture onto the crust and bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 338°F.
Step 4
After 50 minutes, take the cheesecake out and pour over it a mixture of sour cream, two tablespoons of sugar, and vanillin. Return to the oven for 7 minutes at 392°F.
Step 5
Optionally, sprinkle with berries on top.
Step 6
Place the finished cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 3–4 hours.
