Ingredients
- Butter - 4.1 oz
- Graham Crackers - 4.4 oz
- Brown Sugar - 0.9 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 19.4 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 7.9 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.4 oz
- Lemon - 2 pieces
- Sherry - 4 tablespoons
- Egg white - 4 pieces
- Heavy cream - 7 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 338°F. Line the bottom and sides of the baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Crush the graham crackers, add 50 grams of melted butter and sugar. Mix well.
Step 3
Press the mixture into the baking pan using a spoon. Cover and chill.
Step 4
Mix the butter, sugar, cream cheese, flour, lemon zest, sherry, and egg yolks. Add the heavy cream.
Step 5
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cheese mixture.
Step 6
Spread the mixture evenly over the crust and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Turn off the oven, crack the door open, and let cool for an hour.
Step 7
Mix the cream cheese with the heavy cream. Spread the cream over the surface and edges of the cheesecake.
