Ingredients
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 21.2 oz
- Strawberry - 12 pieces
- Salt - a pinch
- Whipped Cream - 9 fl oz
- White Chocolate - 12.3 oz
- Pear Jam - 5 tablespoons
- Almond Candy Coating - 3.5 oz
- Fresh Berries - 7.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the white chocolate in a water bath, stir in the sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix the whipped cream, mascarpone, and the almost cooled white chocolate.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix one third of the berries with 2 tablespoons of jam.
Step 3
Prepare a loaf pan by lining it with plastic wrap. First layer - spread half of the mascarpone on the bottom. Second layer - the jam and berry mixture. Third layer - the remaining mascarpone. Smooth the surface with the back of a spoon. Fourth layer - arrange the cookies in a single row. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 6 hours before serving.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce. Cut 5 strawberries in half and place them with the remaining jam in a saucepan over heat. Cook until the strawberries become soft. Then blend this mixture in a blender and cool it. When serving, remove the cake from the mold, take off the wrap, and pour over the sauce. Garnish with fresh berries.
