Ingredients
- Parmesan Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Leek - 0.5 oz
- Marinated cherries - 7 pieces
- Italian chopped parsley - 0.1 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - ½ teaspoon
- Sumac - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese using a fine grater.
Step 2
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place 'piles' of cheese (about a tablespoon each).
Step 3
Slice the leek into thin rings.
Step 4
Place the leek on top of the cheese.
Step 5
Chop the cherry tomatoes with a knife.
Step 6
Add the Italian herbs. Season with salt and mix.
Step 7
Season the cheese with sumac and chili pepper.
Step 8
Add a heaping teaspoon of the tomato mixture on each cheese 'pile'.
Step 9
Sprinkle a little more cheese on top.

Place in a preheated oven at 356°F.
