Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 9.2 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Butter - 4.4 oz
- Walnuts - 3.5 oz
- Marinated cherries - 2 lbs
- Low-fat lactose-free milk - 28.2 oz
- Vanilla salt - 2 teaspoons
- Citrus Zest Mix - ½ piece
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Semolina - 4 tablespoons
- Peanut Sprouts - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the dough: Mix 250 g of wheat flour with baking powder, sift onto the table, make a well, add 60 g of sugar, 1 egg, and mix with part of the flour into a thick mass.
Step 2
Cut the butter into pieces, place it on the prepared mass, sprinkle with flour starting from the center, and quickly knead all the ingredients into a uniform dough, then place it in a cool place.
Step 3
Roll out the dough on a greased baking tray, prick it several times with a fork, and sprinkle with walnuts.
Step 4
For the filling: Remove the pits from the cherries (prepare the cherries).
Step 5
Mix the cottage cheese with sugar, a packet of vanilla sugar, grated zest, lemon juice, eggs, and semolina.
Step 6
Place the cherries on the dough, spread the cottage cheese mixture on top, smooth the surface, and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
Step 7
Place in a preheated oven at 392°F for about 50-60 minutes.
