Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 6.7 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - to taste
- Powdered Sugar - 0.7 oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Marinated cherries - 26.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs, milk, lemon juice, and 150 g of flour mixed with baking powder.
Step 2
Grease the baking pan with butter and dust it with flour or crumbs.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into the greased and floured pan. Place pitted cherries on top of the batter.
Step 4
Sprinkle with a crumbly mixture made from 40 g of flour, 20 g of powdered sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter (20 g). Bake at moderate heat.
