- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Vanilla salt - 2 teaspoons
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Condensed Milk - 5 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the room temperature butter with regular and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Then add the eggs and condensed cocoa, mixing everything together. Sift the flour with the baking powder and add it to the bowl. Then add a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Wash the berries, remove the pits, and set aside a few for decoration. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spread half of the batter. Then evenly sprinkle the berries and top with the remaining batter.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 356°F and bake for 40-50 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool, spread the surface of the cake with condensed cocoa, and decorate with the remaining cherries and sprinkles.
