- Sugar - ¾ cup
- Vegetable Oil - ⅓ cup

- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Semolina - 1.4 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 1.1 oz

Grease the cake pan with oil and sprinkle with semolina.
Step 2
Evenly distribute the cherries in the pan.
Step 3
Prepare the batter. Mix milk, sugar, salt, vinegar, and vegetable oil. Whisk until the sugar dissolves.
Step 4
Sift the flour with the baking powder.
Step 5
Knead the batter by adding flour to the liquid mixture until it becomes smooth and lump-free.
Step 6
Pour the batter over the cherries and bake in the oven for about 40–60 minutes at 374°F.
