Ingredients
- Marinated cherries - 19.4 oz
- Sugar - 2.8 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 17.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Vanillin - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the cherries and remove the stems and pits.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 3
In a food processor or blender, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanillin until smooth. Now, coat each cherry in flour (this helps the cherries keep their shape).
Step 4
Take the baking molds. I used molds that are 13 cm in diameter and 5 cm high. Fill each mold just under halfway (using only half of the cottage cheese). Then, add a layer of cherries. Top with the remaining cottage cheese.
Step 5
Place in the preheated oven at 356°F and bake for about 50 minutes.
