Ingredients

  • Sugar - 7.1 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
  • Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
  • Walnuts - 5.3 oz
  • Chocolate - 7.1 oz
  • Cherry - 3.5 oz
  • Baking Powder - 3 teaspoons
  • Milk - 3 tablespoons
  • Butter - 2.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth.

Step 2

Add eggs and mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Add baking powder and flour.

Step 4

Finely chop the cherries and chocolate, and crush the walnuts. Add to the mixture.

Step 5

Knead the dough.

Step 6

Place the dough in a baking pan. Put in a preheated oven at 356°F and bake for 40–45 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.

Step 7

For the glaze, melt chocolate in milk over a water bath.

Step 8

Pour the glaze over the cake and let it cool.
