Description
Attention — it's flourless! And just a reminder — you can make almond flour yourself. Place peeled almonds and a bit of coarse sugar (to prevent the almonds from turning into paste) in a blender, and grind until it becomes flour.

- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1 tablespoon
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Almond - 1.8 oz
- Corn Starch - 1.8 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Fresh Berries - 28.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with the sour cream.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and cornstarch.
Step 3
Combine all the wet and dry ingredients.
Step 4
Grease the bottom of the baking dish with butter and dust it with flour. Gently tap the dish on the table a few times to remove any unwanted air.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 45–50 minutes. Remember — all ovens are different and temperamental. About 10 minutes before it's done, cover the pie with foil to prevent the crust from burning while ensuring it bakes perfectly.

Serve warm, with ice cream or whipped cream!
