- Marinated cherries - 17.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Powdered Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pit the cherries and mix them with one tablespoon of sugar.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar, add salt and milk. While continuing to beat, gradually add the flour. Mix until the batter is smooth.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with butter, place the cherries in it, and pour the batter over. Bake the clafoutis at 356°F for 40 minutes, and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
