Cherry Fairy Cake
Ingredients
- Waffle - 3 pieces
- Butter - 6.3 oz
- Condensed Milk - 3.5 oz
- Vanillin - 0.1 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - 5.3 oz
- Cherry - 1.1 oz
- Caramel Syrup - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Spread the cream (butter, condensed milk, vanillin, yolks) on the bottom layer.
Step 2
Cover with the second layer.
Step 3
Soak the second layer with cherry syrup.
Step 4
Cover with cream (can be colored with syrup or cocoa).
Step 5
Top with the upper (third) layer. Coat the sides of the cake with cream and sprinkle with cookie crumbs, then cover the top with a layer (about 2 mm) of boiled condensed milk. Decorate with cream and cherries.
