Description

- Wheat Flour - ½ cup
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Oat flakes - ½ cup
- Salt - a pinch
- Ground dried cherries - 7.1 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the room temperature butter with sugar until a white mass forms. Add the egg and sifted flour, baking soda, salt, vanillin, and crushed oat flakes (if the flakes are large, it's better to break them up a bit by hand; or better to use small ones - number one or two). Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 2
Next, add the cherries to the dough and mix everything again; the dough should be slightly sticky.
Step 3
Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Roll out the chilled dough and cut it into shapes.
Step 5
Bake the cookies for 15-18 minutes at a temperature of 320°F.
