Cherry Oatmeal Pie
Ingredients
- Marinated cherries - 2 lbs
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 10.6 oz
- Oat flakes - 8.8 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Coconut flakes - 2 tablespoons
- Citrus Zest Mix - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pit the cherries. Beat the butter with 200 g of sugar and vanilla sugar, add the eggs one at a time, then the zest.
Step 2
Set aside two tablespoons of the flakes, mix the remaining flakes with the flour and baking powder, and add to the butter mixture.
Step 3
Spread the prepared dough evenly about 1 cm thick on a greased baking sheet, place the cherries on top, and sprinkle with the remaining flakes mixed with 50 g of sugar and coconut flakes.
Step 4
Bake the pie at 190-392°F until golden brown.
Step 5
Cut the warm pie into portions, moistening the knife with cold water, cool it down, and serve the pie with whipped cream.
