- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Marinated cherries - 26.5 oz
- Cinnamon - 0.2 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Cake crumbs - 2.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a pot, combine the flour, salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and baking soda. Gradually pour in the milk while stirring constantly. Whisk the batter thoroughly to avoid lumps. Add the eggs, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, and mix again.
Step 2
Wash the cherries and remove the pits. Mix the berries with sugar, crushed breadcrumbs, and cinnamon.
Step 3
Heat a skillet well and grease it with vegetable oil. Cook the pancakes.
Step 4
Place the filling on each pancake and fold it into an envelope.
