- Vanilla salt - 0.3 oz
- Gelatin - 0.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Condensed Milk - 10.6 oz
- Boiling water - 13 fl oz
- Cherry - 10.6 oz
- Water - 17 fl oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add condensed milk to boiling water and stir. Then sift the flour and add it to the mixture, mixing gently to avoid lumps. Add vanilla sugar and baking powder. Mix again.
Step 2
Dissolve the gelatin in hot water until completely dissolved. Add sugar and stir. Pour the gelatin into a rectangular mold, add the cherries, and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Step 3
Cook the pancakes. Cut the prepared jelly into rectangles. Cool the pancakes and place a piece of jelly in the center of each. Roll the pancakes into tubes.
