  • Cream 22% - 7.1 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
  • Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
  • Sugar - 10.6 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Butter - 5.3 oz
  • Berry Compote - 1 jar
  • Milk - 1 fl oz
  • Coconut flakes - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Whip the cream until frothy.

Step 2

Add half of the sugar, a pinch of salt, and the eggs, and mix well.

Step 3

Gradually add the flour and baking powder.

Step 4

Pour the resulting batter into a greased pie dish.

Step 5

Evenly distribute the cherries, draining the syrup and ensuring there are no pits, and place in a preheated oven at 338°F for 15 minutes.

Step 6

Bring the butter, remaining sugar, and milk to a boil, remove from heat, and mix with the cornflakes. After 15 minutes, take out the dish and spread the cornflakes on top, leveling them and pressing them slightly into the batter. Return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
