Description
The muffins or pie will turn out very soft and will noticeably deflate after you take them out of the oven.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 4.2 oz
- Ricotta cheese - 17.6 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 4.2 oz
- Butter - 4.2 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Vanillin - to taste
- Cherry - 4.2 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with the sugar.
Step 2
Mix the flour with the baking powder, vanillin, and salt. Add to the eggs beaten with sugar.
Step 3
Fold the ricotta mixed with softened butter into the batter.
Step 4
The finished batter can be distributed into small muffin molds or placed in a pie dish with a diameter of 24–26 cm.
Step 5
Place pitted cherries (frozen cherries can be used, but they should be thawed beforehand) on top, gently pressing them into the batter.
Step 6
Bake at 356°F for 30–40 minutes.
