- Puff Pastry - 42.3 oz
- Marinated cherries - 17.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 2 lbs
- Condensed Milk - 2 cans
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
- Butter - 2.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the puff pastry into long rectangles measuring 40x15 cm.
Step 2
On each rectangle, arrange the cherries in a chain.
Step 3
Roll them up into a log. Make 15 such logs.
Step 4
Bake them.
Step 5
Stack the logs in layers: the first layer - 5 logs, the second - 4 logs, the third - 3 logs, the fourth - 2 logs, and the fifth - 1 log. While stacking, spread cream between the layers.
Step 6
The cream can be either made from condensed milk or sour cream. For the sour cream frosting, mix 1 kg of sour cream, powdered sugar to taste, and a packet of sour cream thickener. For the condensed milk frosting, whip the condensed milk with softened butter.
