Mozzarella can be replaced with cottage cheese.

Ingredients

  • Armenian Lavash - 3 pieces
  • Butter - 5.3 oz
  • Marinated cherries - 10.6 oz
  • Sugar - 5 tablespoons
  • Melted Cheese - 10.6 oz
  • Citrus Zest Mix - ¼ piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut each sheet of lavash into four parts and spread with softened butter. Place the berries in one corner of the lavash and sprinkle with sugar.

Step 2

Place several pieces of mozzarella cheese on top of the berries, then sprinkle everything with grated lemon zest. You can also add a small piece of butter on top.

Step 3

Then, fold the lavash into an envelope shape and fry it in a skillet with heated butter.

Step 4

Fry the lavash with the cherry and cheese filling in the skillet under a lid for one minute on each side. Serve the cherry with mozzarella cheese in lavash hot.
