- Oranges - ½ piece
- Dried Apricots - 1.8 oz
- Prunes - 1.8 oz
- Pistachios - 0.7 oz
- Date honey - 0.7 oz
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chill and whip the cream; toast the nuts without oil for 2 minutes, then transfer them to a plate.
Step 2
Gently fold the whipped cream into the chestnut mousse in circular motions until smooth.
Step 3
Divide the mousse into containers, smooth the top, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Slice the fig and prunes into large pieces, roughly chop the nuts.
Step 5
Zest and finely chop the orange peel, then squeeze out the juice.
Step 6
Mix the honey, zest, and orange juice, then add the nuts, prunes, and fig, and stir.
Step 7
Top the cream with the fig and prunes mixed with nuts and serve cold.
