Chestnut Mousse with Panettone
Ingredients
- Panettone - 1 piece
- Rum - 1 tablespoon
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 15.9 oz
- Chestnut puree - 10.1 oz
- Cream (40%) - 10 fl oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grease a round mold (22 cm) with butter.
Step 2
Cut off the round bottom of the panettone and place it in the mold. Drizzle with rum.
Step 3
In a bowl, lightly whip the cream and fold in the chestnut puree and mascarpone. Mix well.
Step 4
Spread over the base and smooth it out. Place in the refrigerator for a while to set.
Step 5
Dip the mold in boiling water for a short time and carefully turn it out onto a plate.
Step 6
Sprinkle with grated chocolate and powdered sugar on top.
