Step by Step guide
Step 1
How to make almond milk. For 1 cup of milk, soak 1/3 cup of nuts overnight, then drain the water in the morning. Blend with 1 cup of water and strain through cheesecloth or a sieve.
Step 2
Pour chia seeds into almond milk, add honey and cinnamon to taste, and mix thoroughly with a whisk. Place in the refrigerator for a few hours until the pudding thickens.
Step 3
Garnish the set pudding with fruits, nuts, dried fruits, and coconut flakes. Optionally, drizzle honey on top.
