Ingredients
- Drinking Yogurt - 9 fl oz
- Chia Seeds - 3 teaspoons
- Kiwi - 4 pieces
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Chopped almonds - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Add 3 teaspoons of chia seeds to the plain drinking yogurt.
Step 3
Mix well and leave in the refrigerator for 8 hours to swell (overnight is convenient).
Step 4
Peel the kiwi.
Step 5
Chop in a blender (or grate finely).
Step 6
Mash the banana into a puree.
Step 7
In glass cups or dessert bowls, layer the yogurt with chia as the first layer.
Step 8
Add kiwi as the second layer.
Step 9
The third layer of the dessert is banana puree. Carefully spoon it on top to avoid mixing the layers.
Step 10
Repeat the layers again: yogurt, kiwi, banana.
Step 11
Sprinkle with pre-chopped almonds on top.

The dessert is ready to serve.
