Description
Chia Seed Pudding with Liqueur
Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 10 fl oz
- Chia Seeds - 1.8 oz
- Frozen black currant puree - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Baileys Liqueur - 3 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour 300 ml of oat milk into a deep bowl and add 4 tablespoons (50 g) of chia seeds, leaving it for at least 3 hours.
Step 2
Wash and dry 150 g of black currants. If using frozen berries, thaw them in the refrigerator beforehand. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Blend everything with an immersion blender. Add Baileys liqueur at a rate of 1 teaspoon per serving.
Step 3
Distribute the berries into serving glasses. After 3 hours (the chia pudding can be considered ready), layer the berry mixture on top, cover the glasses with plastic wrap to prevent drying out, and place them in the refrigerator for 4 hours, or overnight.
