Description
Be careful not to overdo it with the chicken, or the pie will turn out dry. You can also let it sit for a few hours or leave it overnight in the refrigerator. In my opinion, it absorbs the flavors and becomes tastier.

- Egg white - 4 pieces
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Mayonnaise - 8.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 8 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Potato - 2 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, boil the chicken fillet.
Step 2
Prepare the dough. To do this, mix the eggs, salt, baking soda (not activated), mayonnaise, and flour. Whisk well. The dough should be like sour cream.
Step 3
Peel the potatoes and slice them.
Step 4
Chop the chicken meat.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and spread half of the dough in it. Place the salted potatoes on top of the dough, followed by the chicken.
Step 6
Pour the remaining dough over it.
Step 7
Bake for 25 minutes at 356°F.
