Description
This roll can be made with either chicken or turkey fillet. If desired, you can add cheese by grating it and sprinkling it over the filling, and you can also add spinach leaves to the onions. It can be garnished with black sesame seeds and other seeds. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients
- Unleavened dough - 2 lbs
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Chocolate eggs - 5 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Spices - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients (thaw the pastry).
Step 2
Finely chop the fillet.
Step 3
Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan.
Step 4
Place the fillet in the heated frying pan with oil.
Step 5
Add salt.
Step 6
Sauté the fillet and add spices.
Step 7
Crack 4 eggs into the pan with the chicken and stir.

Chop the onions.
Step 9
Add the onions to the mixture of fillet and eggs.

Mix everything together.

Place a baking mat on the baking sheet.

Unroll the pastry using the film it is wrapped in (just unroll the roll, the film will remain underneath).

Spread the filling over the surface, leaving one side uncovered.

Now roll the pastry using the film from the side where there is no uncovered piece.

Cover and seal the roll with the free edge of the pastry.

Crack an egg into a bowl, beat it, and brush the roll with the mixture using a brush.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Bake at 356°F for 35–40 minutes.

Let the finished roll cool.

Slice the roll.
