- Carrot - 1 piece
- Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Puff Pastry - 2 pieces
- Chicken Seasoning - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, grate the carrot, chop the onion, and mix everything with the spices, salt, pepper, and apple cider vinegar.
Step 2
Roll out the puff pastry (the sheet should be rolled in one direction) to form a long rectangular strip, which is then cut into 8 squares (a total of 16 squares from two sheets of pastry).
Step 3
Place the filling on the pastry and pinch it to form an envelope. Arrange the finished envelopes on a greased skillet or baking sheet and bake in the oven. The dish will be ready in about 25–30 minutes.
