Ingredients
- Ground meat - 21.2 oz
- Chicken Liver - 7.1 oz
- Dry yeast - 14.1 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 2 pieces
- Shallot - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ketchup - 2 teaspoons
- Butter - 4 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the garlic, onion, and pickled mushrooms.
Step 2
Pass the chicken liver through a meat grinder, add the onion mixture, salt, pepper, and mix well. Form 4 patties and fry them in butter in the microwave for 1 minute at maximum power.
Step 3
Add salt and pepper to the ground chicken and form 4 patties. Fry them in the same way as the liver patties.
Step 4
Roll out the biscuit dough and divide it into 8 parts. Spread ketchup on the dough, place the meat patties, then the mushrooms, and finally the liver patties. Cover with another biscuit dough piece.
Step 5
Place the hamburgers on a tray and bake in the microwave for 2 minutes at maximum power.
